Last year my mom bought some durian... All my family like to ate durian except my brother... He was very anti with durian... hahaha... so for the story I told to my mom that I want to make a durian crepe.. my mom said you make lah.. hehe... ok she think that I can't do it alone.. I make it and 10 minutes after that tadaaaa.....

Durian Crepe
Reference: azlitamasammanis
250 gm flour
3 eggs
500 ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pandan emulco
1 teaspoon green coloring
*for color up to you want yellow,green,red etc
Combine all the above ingredients in a container
mix well
Put in a blender and blend
then filter
Prepare to make a crepe pan non-stick
Heat a wok until really hot
Apply a little oil in a pan
Then reduce the heat
Pour a small ladle into the pan and cook the mixture until the crepe
I need to mix in reverse
When the top surface dry already continued to lift
Make up expiration
Allow to cool.
Durian Filling
